RETURNS & CHANGES

For Greece

Refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

• A product is damaged
• You received the wrong product from the one you ordered

In both cases, it is possible to replace it with a new one.

To make a return please contact our e-shop by phone at 210 5561305 or by email at Info@Mariatsolakaki.Com in order to start the return process from our e-shop.

Returns are accepted within 10 days.

Returned products must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

These shipments are made at our company’s expense, if the company ACS with which we cooperate is used. In case the shipment is made with any other company, the shipping costs are borne by you.

Returns on special orders are not accepted. Returned items are priced according to their proof of purchase.

In case of return of the product the money will be refunded to your bank account according to your wish. The refund will be made if the retail receipt is returned along with the product. The refund takes up to 5 working days from the receipt of the products in the e-shop and the beneficiary of the account must be the customer in whose name the order has been placed.

Refunds are not given on seasonal and promotional items.

For abroad

In case your order has been shipped to a country outside Greece then you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
